Consultancy and Technical Knowledge:
We have some Experienced and technical people who are knowledgeable in food science such as;
- Prof. George W. Bazirake Byarugaba who is a food scientist and the Dean faculty of science Kyambogo University.
- Sam Turyatunga a food processing graduate from Kyambogo University who is also experienced in food science who has long been part of this team. Sam Turyatunga has just completed his four years in Bachelor of Science in Food Processing and Technology at KYAMBOGO University.
- Mugume Duncan is a young graduate from Kyambogo University who has just completed his Bachelor of Science in Food Processing and Technology at kyambogo University and he helps us in research and development.
- Nahirya Brenda Irene is a young graduate from Kyambogo University and has completed her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and has worked in a Food Laboratory at the university for some years.
- The other remaining members have been thoroughly trained with relevant skills in food processing particularly fruit and vegetable processing and are effective in ensuring that production takes place in our enterprise.
